This Privacy Policy notifies you how we collect, process, store, transfer, delete and protect (collectively, “process”) your personal data. The controller of the data processing activities is BioNTech SE (An der Goldgrube 12, D-55131 Mainz, Germany, Tel: +49-6131-9084-0, Fax: +49-6131-9084-390, Email: info@biontech.de) ("BioNTech", "we", "us"). You can reach the data protection team of BioNTech at data.privacy@biontech.de.

         2. Event organizing and contacts 活动组织与联络

By submitting your personal data such as name, first name, e-mail address, organization name, position, industry, and country/region, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of organizing and conducting the event.

您提交您的个人信息，如姓名、电子邮件地址、组织名称、职位、行业和国家/地区等，即表示您同意我们出于组织和开展活动的目的处理您的个人信息。 

The collection and subsequent processing of your personal data is voluntary and based on your consent. This data will be processed by the organization team of the event for purposes such as being able to communicate with you regarding details about the event, and in order to organize the event. 

您的个人信息的收集及后续处理是基于您的自愿和同意。活动组织团队将出于与您沟通的活动详情以及组织活动等目的处理这些信息。 

         3. Event records 活动记录

We will take photos and videos of the event for the purpose of documentation and internal publication. The recordings will be used in every conceivable manifestation, in particular in pictorial, representational or audiovisual terms, in unaltered or in edited and/or redesigned form, in whole or in part, for internal publication (e.g., on the intranet). The recordings will be published on BioNTech’s internal channels (such as intranet, newsletter).

By participating in the event, you acknowledge that during the event, photo and film recordings will be taken. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the photographer on site or the organizer of a virtual event immediately to make sure that your preference is considered. If we would like to publish a recording of you on external channels in which you are clearly recognizable, we will ask you for your consent in a separate form. 

参与活动即表示您已知晓在活动期间会拍摄照片和录制视频。如果您不希望被拍摄或录制，请立即告知现场摄影师或活动组织者，以确保您的意愿得到尊重。如果我们希望在外部渠道发布您在其中清晰可辨的影像，我们将单独征求您的同意。 

How we share and transfer your personal data / 我们如何共享和传输您的个人信息

Your personal data will be shared with the following service provider to provide necessary event support:  planitswiss, +86 21 8036 5476, Xikang Road 699, Build. 1, Jingan District, 200040 Shanghai, China. This service provider has also offices located outside of the Republic of China which will support the event organization in terms of website creation. We might engage additional service provider if necessary for conducting the event. In addition, your personal data will be stored on the servers of planitswiss located in Ireland and on our servers in Germany, where BioNTech’s event team is located. Since we are a global company with many subsidiaries worldwide, data transfer to the US and other third countries cannot be excluded. If you wish to receive a list of all data recipients, please reach out to our data privacy team.

Therefore, we ask you for a separate consent for your data being transferred to these countries. We follow the cross-border transfer requirements in China wherever applicable.

How we store and protect your personal data / 我们如何存储和保护您的个人信息

We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. These include measures against data loss, falsification, and unauthorized access. Your personal data will be deleted as soon as the purpose for which it was collected no longer applies or you revoke your consent.

我们已采取适当的技术和组织措施来保护您的个人信息，包括防止个人信息丢失、篡改和未经授权的访问。一旦收集个人信息的目的不再适用或您撤销同意，您的个人信息将被删除。 

Photo and video recordings will be stored indefinitely but will be deleted from our database and publication channels at the latest when the purpose no longer applies or when you object to any future processing.

Your rights / 您的权利 

You have a right to be informed and to access to your personal data in question, as well as a right to rectification and erasure of your personal data or to restriction of processing, a right to object to processing and the right to data portability. Furthermore, you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In addition, you can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. Please keep in mind that participation in the event is not possible if you do not provide your data, as this is necessary for the purpose of conducting the event (e.g., for entrance control). 

您有权查询和访问您的个人信息，您还可以要求限制或者拒绝对您个人信息进行的处理，并有权对个人信息进行更正、删除、复制和转移。此外，您有权向监督机构投诉，并可以随时撤回您的同意，您撤回同意仅对未来的处理活动有效。请注意，收集个人信息是为举办本次活动所必需（例如，为了进行入场控制），如果您不提供个人信息，将无法参加活动。
